Using our own technology and that of Multiple List Service, your property will be posted on some 70 real estate websites and additional social media platforms, resulting in the potential viewership of thousands upon thousands of people–and a steady stream of tenant candidates.

When placing tenants, we screen candidates using a range of sophisticated technologies that monitor credit rating, any criminal history, or concerning social behavior. Maintenance

Tenant transitions
When a tenant moves out of your property, we’ll execute a 50-point inspection check-list and follow up with any needed maintenance to ensure the on-going integrity of your property and its readiness for a new tenant.
Financial statements
We provide monthly statements that document income, expenses and any maintenance that occurred, giving you a complete and transparent financial picture. At year end, we provide the appropriate tax forms and a 12 Month Profit & Loss statement for you and/or your tax advisor.
